Time for an
organizational check up?

An organizational assessment is like getting a physical at your doctor’s office: You take some tests, and the results reveal the state of your health.

At Grace Social Sector Consulting, your custom organizational assessment gives us a clear path forward for boosting the health of your nonprofit or association.

It helps clarify decision making when you are feeling stuck or uncertain. It can also be helpful when your board and staff and other stakeholders are not on the same page.

It can also be an ideal first step to help you decide what approach will best help in cultivating your organization’s development and moving your mission forward.

3: REPORT & MEANING MAKING. Review assessment findings and recommendations. Discuss, consider implications, and decide next steps.

It also allowed us to get creative on how we can offer more programming in an ever-changing world.

I appreciated how you allowed ideas to float around, both in group sessions and in our one-on-one dialogue. I could blather out my ideas, and you’d tactfully distill them, helping me grow through the process. Your approach let me think things through, which was really helpful for my development.
